Does Hopp handle our money?
No, and that’s deliberate. Booking payments run on the venue platform, and participants settle their share directly with each other. Hopp computes the exact split; it never touches card data or holds funds.
What about colleagues who don’t do sports?
Any activity works: board-game nights, hikes, after-works, cooking evenings, museum visits. If people can join it, Hopp can organize it.
How long does rollout take?
A pilot team is usually live within a week. Microsoft Entra single sign-on and your branding add about a day on top.
Where does our data live?
Your instance runs in Switzerland, or on your own infrastructure for Enterprise. Hopp stores the minimum: names, work emails, and who joined what. This site uses only our own first-party analytics.
Which platforms can Hopp book on?
Playtomic, Eversports and a growing list of local partner venues. Venues without a platform still work. Hopp tracks the booking and the cost split either way.
